3 Skin-Care Mistakes With Big Consequences !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Your intentions are good. You care about your skin, and you treat it right—no grainy scrubs or harsh cleansers, lots of moisture, and a nightly dose of your favorite retinoid. But chances are you’re still doing a few things wrong.
1. Overusing your Clarisonic. “I love the Clarisonic. It’s a great cleansing and exfoliating tool,” says Mattioli. “But no one needs to use it more than three times a week.” And if you have dry skin, especially at this time of year, once a week is enough. Overindulgence can cause inflammation, a culprit behind both acne and aging.
2. Starting with face oil. Beauty brands can’t seem to launch new face oils fast enough. And they’re a great way to gently soften your skin. (We like Rodin Olio Lusso Luxury Face Oil or L'OrĂ©al Paris Age Perfect Hydra-Nutrition Glow Renewal Facial Oil.) But if you’re using anti-aging products—formulas with alpha hydroxy acids, retinoids, or antioxidants—make sure you apply them before your oil. “When you apply oil first, the active ingredients in your other products don’t stand a chance of penetrating your skin,” says Mattioli.
3. Applying sunscreen once a day. “Sunscreen will protect your skin for two hours—that’s it,” says Mattioli. If you want coverage until sundown, you have to reapply. Mattioli tells her clients to use sunscreen powders (like Colorescience Sunforgettable Mineral Powder Sun Protection SPF 30) to stay protected all day without disrupting their makeup.

SKIN CARE ACNE
ROUTINES FOR SKIN CARE
DAY:
SOAP : you have to buy a soap anti-acne, i use the neutrogena.
TONIC: this i use it after i go out of the shower. i use bliss.
CREAM : if you have oily skin you have to get a free oil cream i use one from L'Oreal for all skin types its oil free, it is amazing i totally love it, ill post a photo so you guys can see it.

NIGHT
SOAP : the same one of the day
ASTRINGENT: OK this is VERY important the astringent kills the bacteria of the acne , every time you pinch or kill like a say a pimp you apply this in the area so it won't let the bacteria expand !!!! VERY IMPORTANT.
CREAM: the same one what i like from this specific cream is that it is for day and night.
